我的数据存在哪里？
只在您的 iPhone 上。开启自动备份后，备份文件写到您自己选择的文件夹（例如 iCloud 云盘）。我们没有服务器，看不到您的任何数据。

换手机了怎么恢复？
在旧手机「我的 → 数据与设置」导出备份文件，或开启自动备份到 iCloud 云盘；新手机安装后，在同一位置选择「从备份恢复」。

卜卦是预测吗？
不是。卜卦只是《易经》哲学的学习体验，帮助您用古人的视角观察变化、整理思路，不作预测，也不作为重要决定的依据。

进阶学习包怎么恢复购买？
在付费页点右上角「恢复购买」，或在「我的 → 数据与设置 → 会员与权益」里恢复。订阅可在 iPhone「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中管理或取消。

怎么删除全部数据？
「我的 → 数据与设置 → 删除全部本机记录」，或直接删除 App。

Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone. With Auto Backup on, backup files go to a folder you choose, such as your own iCloud Drive. We run no servers and can't see your data.

How do I move to a new phone?
Export a backup in Me › Data & Settings on the old phone, or turn on Auto Backup to iCloud Drive. On the new phone, choose Restore from Backup in the same place.

Is casting a prediction?
No. Casting is a learning experience in I Ching philosophy that helps you look at change from an ancient perspective and organize your thoughts. It is not a prediction and not a basis for important decisions.

How do I restore my Pro Pack purchase?
Tap Restore Purchases on the Pro page, or in Me › Data & Settings › Membership. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.

How do I delete all my data?
Me › Data & Settings › Delete All Local Records, or delete the app.
