趣学易经 隐私政策

「趣学易经」（以下称「本应用」）重视您的隐私。本应用是学习《易经》的工具，卜卦环节仅作为《易经》哲学的学习体验，不作预测或决策依据。
数据只在您的设备上
您的学习进度、打卡记录、复习记录、收藏、起卦记录、笔记，以及笔记里的图片和录音，只保存在您的 iPhone 上。本应用没有账号系统，我们不运营保存用户数据的服务器，也无法查看您的任何数据。
备份
- 您可以随时把完整备份导出为文件，自行保存。
- 如果您开启「自动备份」，本应用只会把备份文件写入您自己选择的文件夹（例如您的 iCloud 云盘）。这些文件由 Apple 按其隐私政策保护，我们无法访问。
AI 解读（可选）
- Apple 本机 AI：在支持的设备上，AI 解读由设备上的 Apple 模型完成，内容不离开您的设备。
- 自带密钥（BYOK）：如果您在设置里填写自己的 API 密钥并连接第三方模型服务，生成解读时会把这一卦的卦名、卦辞、爻辞和动爻等信息从您的手机直接发送给您选择的服务商，不经过我们。您写下的问题默认不发送，只有您每次主动勾选时才会附带。
- 这些请求按您所选服务商的隐私政策处理；部分服务商可能用免费额度的数据训练模型，请在使用前了解。
- 您的 API 密钥只保存在本机钥匙串中，不会写入学习记录、备份或导出文件，也不会上传给我们。
我们收集的数据
无。 本应用不含任何第三方统计、广告或追踪 SDK。
应用内购买
「进阶学习包」通过 Apple 的应用内购买提供。付款、退款和购买记录由 Apple 处理，我们收不到您的付款信息或 Apple 账户信息。本应用只在您的设备上读取购买状态，用来判断是否解锁进阶内容。
权限
- 麦克风与语音识别：只在您点「语音输入」或录制语音笔记时使用。设备支持时语音在本机转成文字；不支持时由 Apple 的语音服务处理。录音只保存在本机。
- 照片：只读取您在笔记里选中的图片，保存在本机。
- 通知：每日打卡提醒和起卦回看提醒，都是本机通知，可以在设置里关闭。
小组件
「今日一卦」「此刻时辰」小组件只使用应用自带的数据，不读取您的学习记录。
删除数据
在「我的 → 数据与设置」中选择「删除全部本机记录」，或删除本应用，即可永久删除您的全部数据。您自己保存的备份文件需要您自行删除。

Happy iChing ("the app") takes your privacy seriously. The app is a tool for learning the I Ching; its casting feature is a learning experience in I Ching philosophy, not a prediction and not a basis for decisions.
Your data stays on your device
Your learning progress, check-ins, review records, favorites, readings, notes, and the photos and voice memos in your notes are stored only on your iPhone. The app has no accounts. We run no servers that hold user data and cannot see any of your data.
Backup
- You can export a complete backup file at any time and keep it wherever you like.
- If you turn on Auto Backup, the app only writes backup files to a folder you choose (for example, your own iCloud Drive). Those files are protected by Apple under its privacy policy, and we cannot access them.
AI readings (optional)
- Apple on-device AI: on supported devices, readings are generated by Apple's on-device model, and nothing leaves your device.
- Bring your own key (BYOK): if you add your own API key in Settings and connect a third-party model, generating a reading sends the hexagram's name, judgment, line texts and changing lines directly from your phone to the provider you chose, never through us. The question you write down is not sent by default; it is included only when you choose to include it each time.
- These requests are handled under the privacy policy of the provider you chose. Some providers may use data from free tiers to train their models, so please check before using one.
- Your API key is stored only in this device's Keychain. It is never written to your records, backups or exports, and never uploaded to us.
Data we collect
None. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
In-app purchases
The "Pro Pack" is offered through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles payments, refunds and purchase records; we never receive your payment details or Apple Account information. The app only reads your purchase status on your device to decide whether Pro content is unlocked.
Permissions
- Microphone and speech recognition: used only when you tap voice input or record a voice note. Where supported, speech is converted to text on your device; otherwise Apple's speech service processes it. Recordings stay on your device.
- Photos: only the photos you pick for a note, stored on your device.
- Notifications: local reminders for your daily check-in and for revisiting a reading. You can turn them off in Settings.
Widgets
The Daily Hexagram and Current Hour widgets use only data built into the app and never read your learning records.
Deleting your data
Choose "Delete All Local Records" in Me › Data & Settings, or delete the app, to permanently remove all of your data. Backup files you saved yourself need to be deleted by you.
